Since, Im having Great Difficulty With my Player Vendor

As Player Vendor is being Stocked by a Dialog that Moves Items into the Stock (Rather than him Dragging)

There seems to be an Issue with the Restock where it will delete the Items and Not Replace them.
There does not seem to be an easy fix for this.

I think it would be royal if we could Stop a NPC from Restocking.
