I was just wondering if someone could tell me how to get sphere running. I am new to Linux and sphere. Though I made an account a little while ago I just barely downloaded sphere for the first time... I use Ubuntu 8.04 as my os.

a few files are missing in the default packages:
1. sphereworld.scp, spherechars.scp, spheremultis.scp, spheredata.scp, spherestatics.scp all need to be created with the line [eof] within each file in the directory /save/
2. sphereaccu.scp needs to be created in /account/
3. the directory /logs/ needs to be created
4. you need to load spheresvr.exe and do this:
(a). type 'account add (account name) (account password)

. type account (account name) plevel 7

Nice. There's a lot of information on this that even my current .ini file does not show.
