ok ive looked for a decent chat system and so far i havnt found one i liked, so i decided to have my own made. the idea is basically the same as most chat sytems. well anyways here is command list and what each command does.
.echat-opens up chat to every person on shard. must have open to hear everyone else.
.chat-(message goes here) command used to relay a message
.chatclose-uh closes the chat system, no longer able to hear everyone else
.ghear-turns on guild chat which lets everyone in ur guild hear ur message. must have this on to hear other messages
.gchat-(mesage goes here) relays message to every guild member with .ghear on.
.gclose-closes guild chat
.guild-opens up a gump that gives the exact location and name of every person online in that guild
.g(members name goes here)-relays a message to that person only. .ghear has to open to relay/hear this message.
also make it so that the name of the person relaying the message is posted
