In light of the fact I now have an AI that can use magic besides Magery I thought maybe now would be a good time to finish up the spells for SCP.
1) Poison Strike really should be updated. The old version is FUBAR, I posted a more accurate and fun one in the spells board thread. May want to polish up my graphics. 1.1) Likewise someone should probably accuracy check all the spells since I doubt Poison Strike is our only oversight. Since I last played on official shards when OSI still existed I'm not a good candidate. 2) I'll finish Spellweaving, but first I want to be sure no body has even partially complete spells laying around somewhere that aren't posted yet. 3) Does anyone volunteer for Bushido/Ninjitsu? I'm not even sure I want these, I like Tokuno and all but a 6 spell school? On the other hand you only have to write 14 spells between both schools. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Chronologically they came before Spellweaving but they've received less attention in Sphere. 4) After I have Spellweaving I'll do Mysticism if no one else is on it yet. |

1. Yeah, most of the necromancy spells have been updated I believe. I left some with the old version anyway. I'll check it later (after my soccer match).
1.1. Yep, above. 2. If jeem or xantier didn't script them, then you're fine. 3. The reason of "less attention" is because no one liked the Samurai Empire expansion, maybe a few people, but most of us just jumped from AoS to ML without even asking if there's something in the middle. And I don't have any information about how damage is used in there. 4. Ok. I'm trying to fix Chivalry, at least, trying to make a simple version of it with the right triggers. |
